Coming to you from Pullman
This is one of my favorite meals. It's really quick and easy and it has chard in it, which is a favorite food I never knew I had until recently. And the best part is, chard has 17% DV of Vitamin E and 3.5% DV of Vitamin B7 (that doesn't seem like a lot, but it's probably more than you're getting now unless you take a multivitamin and those only have like 10%...). and those vitamins are good for your hair. I discovered this recipe before I started worrying about my hair, so it's an added benefit (I have a split ends problem with my hair right now that I'm working on).
Recipe
Whole wheat pasta
any kind of shrimp you like and a head of chard sauted with EVOO, salt, pepper, and cloves of garlic to taste
parmesan cheese on top
so so good. I would definitely recommend that you try this for yourself.
I love chard too, especially with chickpeas. This recipes sounds delicious as well.
ReplyDeleteI think I see an Ellie hair at the top right of the picture sticking out of one of the shrimp lol
ReplyDeletehaha...yes i believe you are right. it just can't be helped. i did have more intense hair problems when i cooked this, because i had to turn on the fan which stirred things up a bit...
